Buying from VeniceArt is very simple.

- search for the product that's right for you in our catalogue. If you already know what you are looking for, use the menu or the search button to quickly find the product
- once you have found the right product, select the quantities and "add to cart". Check the items in your cart by selecting the appropriate icon at the top right of the page
- click on "checkout" to proceed, add shipping and payment details to complete the order
- if you already have an account, you can log in and checkout faster using your saved shipping and payment details.

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly as it appears and apply it to your cart. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay, American Express, shop pay and apple pay. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, write to us at shop@veniceart.net

For us it is important that the customer is satisfied, so we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery.

Once the order has been processed, we will entrust your order to our carrier. Shipping will take approximately the following:

- Italy - 2-4 working days
- EU countries - 4-6 working days

You can easily choose whether to receive your product with curbside shipping or to the floor. Simply indicate your preference when ordering and the system will calculate the rate based on your choice. For the moment we offer floor delivery only in Italy.

To track your order, refer to your shipping confirmation email, you will find the tracking number there. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service at shop@veniceart.net and we will be happy to help you

In Italy standard delivery 7 euros, For orders over EUR 49 - Free shipping!

In the European Union standard delivery 14.9 euros, For orders over 99 euros free shipping!

VeniceArt guarantees that all prices visible on its ecommerce site www.veniceart.net are always VAT INCLUDED.

Orders destined outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local customs regulations. All orders within the European Union, on the other hand, are exempt from customs duties and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping cost.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return.

The entire cost of the purchase paid to us will be refunded, including shipping costs if included in the order. However, the shipping costs to return the product will be charged to the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returns at our warehouse.

For the purpose of reimbursement, the returned goods must be received intact and complete in all their parts, and in the original packaging. Only manipulations of the goods necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning are permitted to the customer. Further manipulations such as to decrease the value of the goods or damages that make them unusable could reduce or cancel the amount of the refund. Goods received at our warehouse with obvious damage will not be refunded.

All VeniceArt products are made internally in our workshops and completely in Italy . A large part of the work consists of manual operations performed by expert craftsmen.
