Delivery time

The customer is always at the center of our work. When we process an order, we ensure that we are prompt, accurate and deliver the package in the shortest possible time. Furthermore, we try to provide all the necessary assistance during the purchase and post-purchase phase.

As far as timing is concerned, as soon as the order is processed, it is entrusted to our carrier who will take care of the delivery to the address indicated by you. Shipping times usually require:

- For Italy, 2-4 working days
- For EU countries, 4-6 business days

Italy :

Free shipping over 49 euros.

Shipping cost under 49 euros 7 euros.

Expected delivery times 2 to 4 working days.

European Union :

Free shipping over 99 euros.

Shipping cost under 99 euros 14.9 euros.

Expected delivery times 4 to 6 working days.


Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to refund you as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that the items are returned in new condition, unused, with the original tags and in the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

How to make a return

To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day by sending a communication to the address The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), they are therefore excluding all purchases made with VAT.


When will I receive my refund?

All payments that have been made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of return shipping costs). The requested refund will be issued within 14 days, starting from the moment the returned order reaches our warehouse.

We make sure that the returned goods arrive intact and complete in all their parts, and that they are placed in the original packaging. This is essential in order to get your refund.

The customer can only handle the goods to check the product and ascertain its characteristics or functioning. In the event that such manipulations decrease or affect the value of the goods or damage them (to the point of making them unusable), the amount of the refund could vary or the entire refund could be canceled in favor of the customer.

If the returned goods show obvious damage, they will not be refunded.
